We operate primarily within Denmark and the Nordic countries. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) and/or explicit consent where required.

 

8) Retention periods

– Candidate CVs and profiles: up to 6 months from last active contact or submission, after which they are securely deleted unless you request longer retention or opt out.

– Interview notes and assessments: retained as needed for recruitment processes; typical practice is aligned with your engagement timelines and client requirements, then deleted.

– Data subject rights requests: handled as they arise, in line with statutory timeframes.

– If you request deletion, we will delete your data promptly upon request, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information (e.g., for compliance or audit purposes).

 

9) Cookies and tracking technologies

– Our website uses cookies to improve user experience, analyse site usage, and for security.

– Details and controls are described in our Cookies/Tracking policy. We use Teamtailor for candidate handling and communications, and any cookies or tracking used by Teamtailor are governed by its privacy notices.

– Erasure: request deletion in certain circumstances.

– We will add any additional processors with DPAs as needed.
